This Cookie Policy explains how Zpark Pty Ltd (ABN 86 688 518 069), trading as WriteAuto, uses cookies and similar technologies on writeauto.com and in the WriteAuto application (the “Service”). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer: Cookies set by third parties (such as Stripe, Google, Facebook and Cloudflare) are controlled by those providers under their own policies. Their names, number and duration may change without notice to us, and the tables below reflect our understanding at the date above.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. We use the word “cookies” to cover all of them. Cookies can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them), and “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by another provider).

2. Cookies we use

We currently use only cookies that are strictly necessary to run, secure and pay for the Service, and cookies set when you choose to use a third-party sign-in or checkout. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

2.4 Sign-in cookies (Google and Facebook)

If you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Facebook”, those providers set their own cookies to authenticate you and secure the sign-in. These are governed by Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s cookie policy.

Disclaimer: Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to work. Blocking them may stop you logging in, paying or using core features. Under the EU ePrivacy rules and the UK PECR, these cookies do not require consent.

3. Analytics and marketing cookies

We do not currently use them. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires (including for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK), ask for your consent through a cookie banner before setting them. You will be able to change your choice at any time.

4. How to control cookies

  • Browser settings: most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies. Guides: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
  • Third-party providers: you can manage Google and Facebook cookies in your account settings with those providers.
  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: because we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, these signals do not change how the Service behaves.

5. Emails

Our transactional emails, sent through our email provider, do not include marketing tracking pixels.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows the latest version.
