These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Zpark Pty Ltd (ABN 86 688 518 069), a company registered in Australia and based in Adelaide, South Australia, trading as WriteAuto (“WriteAuto”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your access to and use of the website at writeauto.com, the WriteAuto web application, and all related features, content, integrations and services (together, the “Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the documents incorporated by reference: our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Deletion and Retention Policy and AI-Content Disclaimer (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Disclaimer: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Every limitation and disclaimer in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
1. Definitions
- Account means the account you create to access the Service.
- Customer Content means all information, text, images, logos, brand details, URLs, competitor details, instructions, credentials and other material you submit to, connect to or upload into the Service.
- Output means any text, article, post, outline, analysis, keyword suggestion, report or other content generated by the Service for you, including content generated with the help of artificial intelligence.
- Connected Platform means any third-party website, content management system (such as WordPress) or platform you connect to the Service.
- Subscription means a paid plan giving access to the Service for a recurring billing period.
- Australian Consumer Law or ACL means Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- Consumer has the meaning given in the ACL or, for users outside Australia, the equivalent meaning under the consumer law of the country where you live.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register.
2.2 If you use the Service on behalf of a business, company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” includes that organisation.
2.3 You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of Australia or any other applicable jurisdiction, including sanctions laws (see section 20).
Disclaimer: We rely on the information you give us about your age, identity and authority. We are not responsible for any loss arising from false information provided at registration.
3. The Service
3.1 WriteAuto is an AI-powered content automation platform. It helps individuals and businesses research their brand, audience and competitors, and generate written content for purposes such as search engine optimisation (SEO), branding, sales, marketing and education. Depending on your plan and settings, the Service may also publish Output to Connected Platforms on your behalf.
3.2 Features, limits, generation quotas and integrations vary by plan and are described on our pricing page or within the Service. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time to improve the Service, respond to changes by our providers, or comply with law. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid Subscription you have already paid for, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused period under our Refund Policy.
3.3 We may offer beta, preview or experimental features. These are provided for evaluation, may be unstable, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Disclaimer: Descriptions of the Service on our website, in marketing or in demonstrations are illustrative. Results shown in examples, case studies or testimonials are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
4. Accounts and security
4.1 You may register with an email address and password, or through a third-party sign-in provider such as Google or Facebook. If you use a third-party sign-in, you also agree to that provider’s terms, and your ability to log in depends on that provider.
4.2 You must give accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.
4.3 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your Account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.4 Accounts are personal to the registered user or organisation. You must not sell, transfer or share your Account, except by inviting team members through features we provide for that purpose.
Disclaimer: We are not liable for loss caused by unauthorised use of your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from a compromise of a third-party sign-in provider.
5. Subscriptions, pricing and payment
5.1 Pricing. Prices are listed on our website or in the Service and are charged in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Our base plan currently starts at USD 10 per billing period. Prices may change from time to time as described in section 5.5.
5.2 Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card and payment details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and billing portal. We do not receive or store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
5.3 Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current price, until you cancel.
5.4 Taxes. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude GST, VAT, sales tax and other taxes, duties and levies, which will be added where required by law. Your bank may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees; these are your responsibility.
5.5 Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give you at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the Service before a new price applies to your Subscription. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect and you will not be charged the new price.
5.6 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, notify you, and suspend or downgrade your Account until payment is made. Output and data may become temporarily inaccessible while your Account is suspended.
5.7 Promotions and trials. Discounts, trials and promotional credits apply only as stated in the offer, may be withdrawn at any time before you accept them, and have no cash value. Unless you cancel before a trial ends, the trial converts to a paid Subscription.
5.8 Usage limits. Plans may include limits on the number of articles, words, brands, websites or other usage. Unused allowances do not roll over unless the plan says so.
Disclaimer: Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Currency conversion and bank fees are outside our control.
6. Cancellation, suspension and termination
6.1 By you. You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account settings (through the Stripe billing portal) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
6.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, if:
- you materially breach the Agreement, including the Acceptable Use rules in section 9;
- you fail to pay fees when due;
- we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security or reputational risk for us, our providers or other users;
- we are required to do so by law, a court, a regulator or a provider we depend on; or
- we decide to discontinue the Service.
6.3 Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix a breach before terminating. If we discontinue the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice where possible and refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
6.4 Effect of termination. When your Account ends, your right to use the Service stops. You should export any Output you wish to keep before termination. We handle your data after termination as described in our Data Deletion and Retention Policy.
6.5 Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive, including sections 7 (Intellectual property), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of liability), 14 (Indemnity), 19 (Disputes) and 22 (General).
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to export Output or data before your Account is closed, suspended or terminated.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Our property. The Service, including its software, design, workflows, prompts, templates, documentation, the WriteAuto name, logo and brand, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Zpark Pty Ltd. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
7.2 Your Customer Content. You keep all rights you have in your Customer Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, adapt and display your Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and support the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when your Customer Content is deleted in line with our Data Deletion and Retention Policy.
7.3 Your Output. Subject to your compliance with the Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you all right, title and interest we may have in the Output generated for your Account, to the extent permitted by law. We will not claim ownership of your Output.
7.4 Limits on Output rights. You acknowledge that:
- in Australia, the United States and other jurisdictions, content generated wholly or mainly by artificial intelligence without sufficient human authorship may not be protected by copyright, so you may not be able to stop others from copying it;
- AI systems can generate Output that is identical or similar to Output generated for other users, and we cannot give you exclusive rights in such similar content; and
- Output may unintentionally resemble existing third-party material. You are responsible for checking Output before you publish or use it.
7.5 Your warranties. You warrant that you own or have the right to use all Customer Content, that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights, and that providing it to us (including logos, brand assets and third-party credentials) does not breach any law or agreement.
7.6 Feedback. If you give us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
7.7 Trade marks. You must not use the WriteAuto name, logo or branding without our prior written consent, except to accurately refer to the Service.
Disclaimer: We do not warrant that any Output is original, eligible for copyright protection, free from third-party claims, or exclusive to you. Any rights we assign in Output are assigned “as is” and only to the extent we hold them.
8. AI features
8.1 The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models and services to generate Output and perform research. We may change, add or replace AI models and providers at any time without notice, and the quality, style and behaviour of Output may change as a result.
8.2 Output is generated automatically and probabilistically. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive or misleading, and may contain fabricated facts, statistics, quotes or sources (sometimes called “hallucinations”).
8.3 You must review, fact-check and edit Output before publishing or relying on it. If you enable automatic publishing, you accept that Output may be published without prior human review, and you remain fully responsible for it.
8.4 Competitor and market research features use publicly available information and AI analysis. Research results are estimates and opinions generated by software, not verified facts.
8.5 Our AI-Content Disclaimer forms part of these Terms and sets out further limits.
Disclaimer: Output is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, medical, tax, engineering or other regulated advice. You must not rely on Output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
9. Acceptable use
9.1 You must not use the Service, or any Output, to:
- create, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory or obscene;
- generate sexually explicit material, or any material involving the sexualisation or exploitation of minors;
- promote violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity;
- infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other right of any person;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- publish false or misleading claims about competitors, products or services, or fake reviews and testimonials;
- produce spam, doorway pages, link schemes, scaled low-value content, or any content intended to manipulate search engines in breach of their published spam policies;
- generate content presented as professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice;
- collect or process personal information about individuals in breach of privacy laws;
- send unsolicited commercial messages in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or similar laws;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy or attempt to extract the Service’s source code, prompts, models or underlying technology;
- use the Service or Output to build, train or benchmark a competing product or AI model;
- access the Service by automated means other than features we provide, or bypass usage limits, security or access controls;
- upload malware or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure or other users;
- resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written agreement; or
- use the Service in breach of the terms of any Connected Platform, sign-in provider or other third party.
9.2 We may, but are not obliged to, monitor use and review Customer Content and Output. We may remove content, limit generation, or suspend Accounts that we reasonably believe breach this section. Unusually high generation volumes may be temporarily limited while we review the Account.
Disclaimer: We do not pre-screen Output and are not responsible for how you use, publish or distribute it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws and platform policies.
10. Connected Platforms, sign-in and the WordPress Plugin
10.1 If you connect a Connected Platform (for example, by giving us a WordPress site URL, username and application password), you authorise us to access that platform on your behalf to perform the actions you request, such as creating drafts or publishing posts.
10.2 You are responsible for having the right to connect the platform, for the security of that platform, for the credentials you provide, and for complying with its terms. We store credentials in encrypted form, but you should use limited-permission credentials (such as application passwords) and revoke them when no longer needed.
10.3 We are not responsible for Connected Platforms, including their availability, security, API changes, plugins, themes, firewalls, hosting or data loss. Publishing may fail or produce formatting errors for reasons outside our control.
10.4 The WordPress Plugin. We provide a WordPress plugin called Write Auto (the “Plugin”). Once installed on a WordPress site and connected to your Account, the Plugin lets the Service create blog posts on that site from Output you approve, set SEO titles, descriptions, keywords and structured data (schema) in supported SEO plugins, and update or unpublish posts that the Plugin itself created. The Plugin cannot delete content, upload files, manage users, plugins or themes, change site settings, or edit posts it did not create. Of posts it did not create, it reads only the titles and links of published posts, which are used to suggest internal links.
10.5 Authority to install. By installing or connecting the Plugin, you confirm that you own the WordPress site or have the site owner’s authority to install the Plugin, connect it to WriteAuto and publish content on the site. If you are an agency, contractor or employee connecting a site for someone else, you are responsible for obtaining and keeping that authority, and for informing the site owner how the Plugin works. We cannot verify who owns a site.
10.6 Connection key. The Plugin generates a unique connection key that links the site to your Account. You must keep it confidential and enter it only into your WriteAuto Account. Anyone who obtains the key can use it to publish to the site, and to update or unpublish posts the Plugin created, without needing access to your Account. If you believe the key has been exposed, generate a new key in the Plugin or disconnect the site immediately.
10.7 Publishing and post content. Posts are published under the WordPress user you choose, either live or as drafts, according to your settings. When an article contains no links to other pages on your site, the Plugin may automatically add a short “Related reading” list of links to your own existing published posts at the end of the article. These links are added at the time of publishing and may not appear in the preview inside WriteAuto. Everything published through the Plugin, including these links and all SEO settings, is your content and your responsibility.
10.8 Updates to existing posts. You may push updates to posts published through the Plugin. If a post has been edited inside WordPress since it was last published through WriteAuto, the update will be refused unless you expressly confirm that you want to overwrite those edits. If you confirm, the edits made in WordPress will be replaced, and we are not responsible for their loss.
10.9 Suspension of publishing. We may pause publishing to one site, or to all sites, at any time without notice where we reasonably consider it necessary for security, to prevent abuse, to protect your site or ours, or for maintenance. Content remains saved in your Account and can be published once the pause is lifted.
10.10 Compatibility and third-party software. The Plugin supports WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. It runs alongside software we do not control, including your theme, other plugins, security and firewall tools, caching tools and your web host, any of which may block, interfere with or change how the Plugin works. Some SEO plugin features are available only in their paid versions, and scores or recommendations shown by third-party SEO tools are calculated by those tools, not by us. Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO and WordPress are trade marks of their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
10.11 Backups. The Plugin writes content to your live website. You are responsible for keeping regular, complete backups of your website and its database, and for testing that you can restore them.
10.12 Plugin updates. New versions of the Plugin are delivered through the standard WordPress update system, either from our servers or, where you installed the Plugin from the WordPress.org plugin directory, from WordPress.org, and may install automatically if automatic updates are enabled on your site. You should keep the Plugin up to date. We may stop supporting older versions, and older versions may stop working with the Service.
10.13 Disconnecting and uninstalling. You may disconnect the Plugin in your WordPress admin, or pause a site in WriteAuto, at any time. Disconnecting stops the Service’s access immediately. Uninstalling the Plugin removes its key, settings and activity log from your site. Posts already published, and their SEO settings, remain on your site until you remove them; some structured data added by the Plugin may stop appearing once the Plugin is deactivated.
10.14 Plugin licence. The Plugin’s code is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). Nothing in these Terms restricts the rights the GPL gives you in the Plugin’s code, and section 9.1(11) does not apply to that code. These Terms govern your use of the WriteAuto Service and your Account, including use of the Service through the Plugin. The GPL does not grant any right to use the WriteAuto name, logo or trade marks, and we do not support, and are not responsible for, modified versions of the Plugin.
Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content published to, overwritten on, or lost from your Connected Platforms; for conflicts with themes, plugins, hosts or security tools; for the effect of publishing on your website, search rankings, SEO tool scores or reputation; for unauthorised use of a connection key you failed to protect; or for any claim arising from a Plugin installed without the site owner’s authority.
11. Third-party services and availability
11.1 The Service depends on third-party providers, including cloud hosting and database providers, domain, DNS and network security providers, email delivery providers, AI model providers, payment processors and sign-in providers. Current providers are listed in our Privacy Policy.
11.2 These providers operate independently of us. Their outages, rate limits, policy changes, price changes, model deprecations, suspensions or shutdowns may interrupt, degrade or change the Service, delay emails (such as invitations, approval links or payment notices), or stop certain features working.
11.3 We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance. We do not offer a service level agreement (SLA) unless agreed in a separate signed document.
11.4 You should keep your own copies of important Output and data. The Service is not a backup or archiving service.
Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any failure, delay, loss of data or interruption caused by third-party providers or other events outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers of warranties
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all Output are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude all warranties, representations and conditions not expressly set out in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
12.2 Without limiting section 12.1, we do not warrant or guarantee that:
- the Service will meet your requirements or expectations;
- Output will be accurate, complete, original, lawful or suitable for your purpose;
- Output will rank in any position, or at all, in Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other search engine or AI platform;
- you will achieve any level of traffic, clicks, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment, within any timeframe;
- search engines or platforms will not penalise, de-index or restrict content created with AI; or
- the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, viruses or vulnerabilities.
12.3 Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
12.4 Consumers outside Australia may also have mandatory rights under local law that these Terms do not affect.
Disclaimer: Search engine and AI platform results depend on algorithms, competition and policies controlled by third parties. No person at WriteAuto is authorised to promise specific rankings or results, and any such statement is not binding.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, rankings, traffic or anticipated savings, however caused, even if advised of the possibility.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.
13.3 Where our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee under the ACL can lawfully be limited (for example, because the services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use), our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
13.4 Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13.5 Our liability is reduced to the extent that any loss was caused or contributed to by you, your Customer Content, your Connected Platforms, or your failure to review Output.
Disclaimer: These limits apply to all claims, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and reflect the low price of the Service and the allocation of risk agreed between us.
14. Indemnity
14.1 You indemnify Zpark Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees and contractors against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:
- your breach of the Agreement or any law;
- your Customer Content;
- Output you publish, distribute or use, including any claim that it is defamatory, misleading, infringing or unlawful;
- your Connected Platforms; or
- any dispute between you and a third party.
14.2 Your liability under this indemnity is reduced to the extent the loss was caused by our negligence or wrongful act.
Disclaimer: This indemnity does not apply to the extent it would be unenforceable under the Australian Consumer Law, including the unfair contract terms provisions.
15. Privacy and data
15.1 We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Data Deletion and Retention Policy.
15.2 If you submit personal information about other people (for example, team members you invite, or individuals named in Customer Content), you confirm you have a lawful basis and any required consent to share it with us.
15.3 To the extent we process personal data on your behalf as a processor under the GDPR or similar laws, we will do so only on your documented instructions (which include these Terms and your use of the Service). A separate data processing agreement is available on request to [email protected].
Disclaimer: You should not upload sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government identifier data) into the Service. We are not responsible for sensitive information you choose to include in Customer Content.
16. Copyright and content complaints
16.1 If you believe content generated or hosted through the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with: your contact details; a description of the work; where the material appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
16.2 We will review valid notices promptly and may remove content, notify the relevant user, and suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
Disclaimer: Most Output is published by users on their own websites, which we do not control. We may be unable to remove content from third-party sites, and complaints about such content should also be sent to the site owner.
17. Changes to these Terms
17.1 We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our providers or the law. For material changes, we will give you at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the Service before they take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or for security reasons.
17.2 If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect and, if you have prepaid for a period after the effective date, request a pro-rata refund of that unused period. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer: Minor changes, such as corrections, clarifications or updated contact details, may take effect when posted.
18. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform (other than payment obligations) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, power or internet failures, cyber attacks, and failures, suspensions or policy changes of hosting, AI, email, payment, domain or other third-party providers.
Disclaimer: Where a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected Subscription by notice, and you may request a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused period.
19. Disputes and governing law
19.1 Talk to us first. If you have a dispute, email [email protected] with details. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before starting formal proceedings, except where urgent relief is needed.
19.2 Governing law. The Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the federal courts of Australia.
19.3 Consumers overseas. If you are a consumer living outside Australia, nothing in this section removes protections you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
19.4 Individual claims. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, group or representative action.
Disclaimer: The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to the Agreement.
20. Export controls and sanctions
You confirm that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive Australian, United Nations, United States, United Kingdom or European Union sanctions, and that you are not on any restricted or sanctioned party list. You must not use the Service in breach of export control or sanctions laws.
Disclaimer: We may block access from sanctioned locations and terminate Accounts to comply with sanctions laws, without liability to you.
21. Communications
21.1 You agree to receive service communications from us electronically, including account, security, billing and legal notices. These are part of the Service and cannot be switched off while your Account is active.
21.2 We will only send marketing emails with your consent or where otherwise permitted by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and similar laws, and every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option.
Disclaimer: Email delivery depends on third-party providers and your email service. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, filtered as spam or not received.
22. General
- Entire agreement. The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replaces any earlier understanding.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer the Agreement without our written consent. We may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructure or sale of assets, and will notify you if we do.
- Severability. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary and the rest continues in force.
- No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Relationship. Nothing in the Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship.
- Notices. We may give notices by email to the address on your Account or through the Service. You may give notices to [email protected].
- Language. The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
